IMBA Online Show Rules and Advisements

General
- Entry fee is $5 US funds per class for IMBA members, and $7 US funds per class for non-members.
- All entries and fee payments must be made by the closing date to be eligible for judging.
- Entries will be judged within 2 weeks of entry closing date.
- Results will be announced one month after closing date.
- Ribbons awarded to 4th place.
- Owner names will not be displayed until judging has been completed.
- Upon completion of judging, pictures of the winning entries will be posted accompanied by names (owner, handler, horse), location and horse breed.
- The judge’s decisions are final.
- Horses must be owned by the person entering. Alternately, a horse may be entered and/or handled by a leaser or part-boarder, with the owner’s permission.
- All Morabs from any Registry are eligible to enter the Morab classes.
- Horses entered in any Breed class must provide a registration number to be eligible. Pending registrations will be accepted for horses under 2 years old.
- Entry fee payment must be received by IMBA before photos will be posted to website for judging.
- An entry may request to be scratched from one or more of their entered classes and have their pictures removed from the website prior to judging. The IMBA Online show will make every effort to accommodate requests, however entry fees will not be refunded.
- The IMBA Online show reserves the right to cancel or combine classes in the event of insufficient entries or other circumstances. In the case of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded as appropriate.
- Payment can be by Credit Card (secure link to PayPal). This is the quickest and easiest method. Alternately, payment can be made by mailing a check or money order – payable in US funds.
Photos
- All entry photos must be submitted online using this website.
- Photos should be in JPEG format.
- Please note the maximum file size is 2Mb.
- Landscape orientation, approximately 4 X 6 ratio with margin around the horse is best.
- Please label each photo by the class number and the horse’s name, such as, “48 TR Blue Starr Jasmine”
- The same photo may be entered in multiple classes.
- Each photo may have just one horse presented for judging. (Exception – Get of Sire, Produce of Dam and Family / Farm classes, Driving Classes)
- Photos do not have to be current, except in certain classes (as identified). Feel free to go back in time!
- Photos must not be modified or enhanced in any way.
- Photos may be cropped or resized by the IMBA Online show to allow efficient website layout and downloading.
- Non-professional photos are preferred.
- Professional photos may be used. The photographer’s name must be provided (so photo credit may be displayed), along with his/her permission to post to the web. It is the entrant’s responsibility to obtain this permission.
- Photos stamped “Proof” are not permitted.
- Horses must not be wearing ribbons in photos, nor may other awards (trophies, coolers, etc.) be visible.
